Peter was my big brother. he was a military man, who in 1972 introduced me to "The Royal Tournament". I remember with fondness the trips from Maze Hill Station to Earls Court, an adventure in itself !!!At the age of eight, I received a guitar for Christmas from Pete. That led to my own military career in military music, as a trombone player, and two appearances at "The Royal Tournament" in 1981 and 1988. I am now the Drum Major for the Army Cadet Force in London. I am glad that I can pass on this influence to "Albie" my son who will be one year old tomorrow. Unfortunately, big brother never met him. RIP "Jack".
