I don't have the exact dates that Peter lived at Battersea but during this time he got involved at St Marks Church, Battersea Rise. This is where he met his best friends Nigel and Serena. They initially encouraged him to start studying with the Open University, which he completed shortly before he died. Although Peter was unable to work through ill health he did keep in touch with some of his old work colleagues, as can be seen by his trip to Suffolk.
